Meal Applications

Glen Ellyn School District 41 serves meals each school day to our students.   Children in grades 1-8 may purchase lunch each day at a regular price or breakfast for grades Kindergarten through 8.  If your total household income is the same or less than the amounts on the income chart listed below your child(ren) may receive free or reduced price meals by filling out a Household Eligibility Application.  A foster child may receive free or reduced price meals regardless of your household income.  Please complete a separate application for each foster child.

If not eligible for the free or reduced program, these meals may be purchased on a daily basis.  We use a cashless system, so please refer to our payment page for more information.

Following are the steps on how to apply for the meal program or waiver of student fees:

Print out an application from our Food & Nutrition Services website

Contact your school office or the Central Services office to have a paper copy mailed to you

Stop in to pick-up an application at your school or the Central Services office

Your completed application can be submitted to your school office or Tess Ngo, Food Service Director at 793 N. Main St., Glen Ellyn, IL  60137.  If you have any questions, you may contact Tess Ngo, Food Service Director at 630-534-7211 or by e-mail at tngo@d41.org.
